General Anaesthetic Dental Service

Dr Hill can arrange referrals for patient to be treated under general anaesthetic. This is a hospital environment that is fully staffed with an anaesthetist and support nurses. This facility is used by a variety of surgeons in Hobart for procedures not requiring an overnight stay. For dental treatments, the day surgery is available to those needing treatment such as the removal of wisdom teeth or for patients who are very apprehensive and would rather be asleep for their treatment. This option can be discussed directly with Dr Hill at the time of your appointment.
